District Coordinator Mr. Standford Neufville today represented Representative Anthony F. Williams in Pedebo during a significant community engagement highlighting the lawmaker’s ongoing development initiatives in partnership with the District Development Council.

The occasion marked the continuation of the groundbreaking and construction of a modern town hall intended to serve the people of Pedebo and surrounding beneficiary communities, as earlier outlined in Representative Williams’ Second Annual Legislative Report delivered at Pleebo City Hall.

Representative Anthony F. Williams has consistently emphasized inclusive leadership and equitable development throughout Pleebo Sodoken District. The lawmaker has repeatedly maintained that his administration rejects tribal politics, marginalization, and discrimination, while remaining fully committed to addressing the needs and aspirations of all citizens regardless of background or affiliation.

During his first constituency visit, Representative Williams expressed sincere appreciation to residents across Pleebo City and neighboring towns for the confidence and support shown toward his leadership and development vision for the district.

Representing the lawmaker at today’s ceremony, District Coordinator Mr. Standford Neufville reaffirmed the importance of the project and underscored the Representative’s commitment to ensuring that development reaches all parts of the district, including underserved communities.

A local resident also delivered remarks on behalf of the people of Pedebo, expressing gratitude and optimism regarding the project. Speaking in the Grebo (Nyanbo) dialect, the spokesperson described the construction of the modern town hall as a historic and meaningful intervention that would bring relief, unity, and progress to the town.

Reflecting on previous challenges faced by the community, the speaker noted that although residents had actively participated in elections under District #1 in past years, their concerns and developmental needs had often gone unaddressed by former leaders.

According to community members, the construction of the town hall represents the first major project of its kind in Pedebo and symbolizes a new chapter of inclusion and recognition for the town and surrounding communities.

The spokesperson concluded by encouraging unity among citizens, offering traditional blessings, and calling on residents to continue supporting and praying for Representative Anthony F. Williams as he advances his development agenda across Pleebo Sodoken District.

The remarks, delivered in the Grebo (Nyanbo) dialect, carried deep cultural significance and strongly resonated with members of the local community in attendance.
